Outlook web calendar, teams, Outlook client , and the phone app do work in synchronization. They show different times and also external parties, especially those that are based off-shore do not get t We are having lots of issues with outlook calendar events scheduling using mobile devices.
The phones are still showing 1 hour difference even if DLS has been turned off on the phone device. We switch off "Adjust for daylight saving time automatically" in Settings, the time goes one hour back to correct time in the Settings app but the time on the taskbar stays an hour head!
